These terms govern your purchase and use of the Joseki indicator and this website, operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"), registered in New Zealand. By purchasing or using Joseki you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Joseki is a technical analysis indicator that runs on the TradingView platform. You are purchasing a licence to access and use the indicator on your own TradingView account. You are not purchasing the software itself, its source code, or any ownership interest in it.

Access is granted to a single TradingView username, which you provide at checkout. It is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or transferred.

2. Requirements

A TradingView account is required. TradingView is a separate company and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of them.
Webhook alerts require a paid TradingView plan. This is TradingView's requirement, not ours, and their tiers may change.
You are responsible for your own TradingView subscription, data feeds and exchange connections.

3. Plans

Monthly

Billed monthly in advance. Access continues for as long as your subscription is active.

Lifetime

A single payment for indefinite access to Joseki, including all future updates and versions of Joseki. "Lifetime" means the operating life of the product, and does not extend to separate products we may release.

Founding Member

Limited to the first 100 purchasers. In addition to lifetime access to Joseki, Founding Members receive access to every future indicator we release under the Joseki name, at no additional cost, for as long as we operate. Once 100 places are claimed this tier closes permanently and will not reopen.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, with no fee and no notice period, through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

We do not offer refunds on completed payments, including monthly payments already taken and one-off Lifetime and Founding Member purchases. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be meaningfully returned, all sales are final.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement. If the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what we say it does, contact us and we will put it right.

5. No financial advice

Joseki is an analysis tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. We are not a licensed financial adviser and nothing on this site or in the product constitutes a personalised financial recommendation.

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any signal, indicator or method does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Joseki working and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The indicator depends on TradingView's platform, which is outside our control. Changes to TradingView's platform, Pine Script, or their policies may affect or interrupt the product.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: share your access with others; attempt to extract, decompile or reverse engineer the source; redistribute or resell the indicator or any derivative of it; or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

8. Intellectual property

Joseki, its source code, name, branding and all associated materials remain our property. Purchase grants a licence to use, nothing more.

Joseki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TradingView, DeMARK Analytics, Market Studies LLC, or any other third party whose products or trademarks may be referenced descriptively.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 4 above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Joseki is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
